In the next five weeks I would like to:
- Improve my ability to adapt teaching to respond to strength and needs of all pupils.
- Establish a safe and stimulating environment for pupils, rooted in mutual respect.
To do this I will:
- Attend an INSET day on differentiation alongside Westfield Infant School. As part of this I will bring along a piece of planning I have struggled to differentiate in order to discuss and amend throughout the day.
- Work alongside my T.A.'s to provide interesting lessons. Meet the pupils emotional needs by providing a caring atmosphere and by giving pupils an opportunity to discuss their concerns.
