My Comments:
As my first observation (11th teaching day) I feel this is very a very positive report which highlights some key areas on which I can work. By improving my pace I will ensure there is time left at the end of my lesson to have a proper plenary, where children's attention can be brought back to the LO. I think an increase in pace will also benefit some pupils who become easily distracted, allowing me to focus more on learning than behaviour.
