Action Plan for NQT Autumn A @ Harby:
1. Become familiar with the new EYFS Framework and Assessment Procedures
2. Get to know children and parents
3. 3d/3e - relevance to new post etc.
4. Take on Curriculum Responsibilites
1. Attend Course at Beaumanor Hall/Meetings with Mentor
2. Observations, Talking to parents at the end of the day
3. Teach numeracy/phonics/literacy. Phonics Course?
4. Geography, EYFS, RE/PSHE - Alongside Mentor to support.
